Desk fatigue is a common phenomenon that arises from long hours spent seated and immobile. We recently invited a representative from the Labour Department to share invaluable tips on staying active during lunch breaks and at your desk. Our colleagues were eager to learn simple stretches and exercises that could easily be integrated into their daily routines. It was truly inspiring to witness everyone actively participating, trying out the exercises, and embracing these healthy habits with enthusiasm.
